UltraGen Studio provides consumer AI creative tools for individual creators, content creators, social media users, and hobbyists. Our platform is designed for lawful, personal, and creative use only. We do not allow generation of adult content. This policy explains the types of activity and content that are not allowed on UltraGen Studio websites or services. All users must agree to this Acceptable Use Policy.

2. Prohibited Uses

We strictly prohibit adult, NSFW, sexually explicit, harmful, illegal, deceptive, or infringing content. Without limitation, the following are not allowed:

• Illegal, harmful, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized activity.

• Content that infringes or facilitates infringement of copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other third-party rights.
• Gambling, sweepstakes, financial products, lending, investment schemes, cryptocurrency, NFTs, or money transmission.
• Violence, hate, harassment, self-harm, weapons, regulated goods, medical claims, or other restricted or unlawful categories.
• Attempts to bypass safety systems, automated abuse controls, access controls, or usage limits.

3. User Responsibilities

• Only upload or provide content, prompts, references, images, data, or other materials that you own or are authorized to use.
• Review outputs before publication and confirm that your use is lawful, accurate, and does not violate third-party rights.
• Use created or edited assets only for lawful personal and creative purposes (including personal commercial use where your plan grants commercial rights).
• Contact support if you believe content was blocked incorrectly or if you need policy clarification before using a service.

4. Review and Enforcement

UltraGen Studio may review, restrict, remove, or refuse access to content or accounts that appear to violate this policy, our Terms of Service, applicable law, third-party rights, or payment processor requirements. We may also update this policy as product capabilities, legal requirements, or platform requirements change.
