UltraGen Studio does not sell physical goods through this website. This website currently does not offer checkout or process customer payments. If we offer a paid digital software service, the applicable price, currency, renewal terms, delivery method, and cancellation terms will be disclosed before checkout.
1. Digital Delivery
- Digital software access, generated files, or downloadable deliverables are provided online after purchase or account approval.
- No shipping is required because UltraGen Studio does not sell physical goods.
2. Refund Request Period
- Customers may request a refund within 10 days of purchase unless the specific product page states a different policy before checkout.
- Refunds are generally available for unused digital services, duplicate payments, billing errors, or service failures that we cannot resolve.
- Consumed digital usage, completed custom work, or delivered files may be non-refundable unless required by law.
3. Cancellations
- If a subscription is offered, customers may cancel future renewals through the product account area or by contacting support.
- Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund prior usage unless the refund conditions above apply.
4. Refund Processing

- Please include your account email, order or invoice reference, and the reason for the request.
- Upon receiving the refund request, we will review it within 5 business days.
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
